2012: Call to the March
A call to women:
We are gathering at Galatasaray at 7:30 p.m. for the March 8 Feminist Night March.
We persist in our struggle against male domination.
Since last March 8, male violence has multiplied, and our unpaid domestic labor has not diminished one bit. The judiciary has continued to look for consent in rape cases and unjust provocation in murders, while the state has continued to protect the family rather than women. We feminist women revolt against patriarchy and sexist, homophobic and militarist policies through our organised feminist struggle.
We invite all feminist women to Galatasaray at 7:30 p.m. on March 8 to raise our voices together and express our revolt.
